Squid Game Dalgona Candy

I guess this is technically ppopgi since I started with granulated sugar and not glucose. There’s a lot of kitchen chemistry involved with making this simple candy!

  2. No, it is not "ready to eat", that thing is made purely from sugar and baking soda, you should not eat that.

  6. I did this, went wrong. but I think I put too much baking soda. it pretty muched made this black foam and the entire house smelled like burnt sugar.

  10. Tbh this seems easy If you think about it just cook some sugar until itโ€™s liquid use some backing soda and stir it and also donโ€™t be stupid

  11. For even bubblier honeycomb candy, add a pinch of cream of tartar with the baking soda. This makes it go crazy!
